The Clarke twin block appliances

Constructed in heat-cured acrylic resin, these appliances combine many of the components which form removable appliances with functional inclined plan blocks. This often eliminates the necessity for pre-treatment prior to functional therapy and reduces treatment time significantly.
A ‘Patient Friendly" appliance worn 24 hours per day without interference to sleep, of eating or sleeping. Twin blocks can be designed with little visible wire without losing efficiency in correction of arch relationship.
